About Gorpcore
Gorpcore takes the visual language of outdoor equipment into everyday fashion. Puffers, weatherproof-looking shells, cargo pockets and hiking-inspired footwear connect a city outfit with the idea of a trail or campsite. The term predates the 2020s, but outdoor dressing remained highly visible in the decade’s street style and designer collections. Some examples are genuine performance gear; others borrow its appearance.
