Antonio Marras is a Sardinian designer whose clothing draws on memory, art and the expressive possibilities of textiles. Born in Alghero, he developed his practice without formal fashion training, presenting early work in 1987 and later establishing couture and ready-to-wear collections.

As Kenzo’s artistic director from 2003 to 2011, he brought his interest in collage and layered references to an international house. His own collections combine masculine tailoring with romantic fabrics, embroidery and found-looking details, forming garments that feel connected to personal histories and imagined characters.
