About Nicola Formichetti

His appointments at Mugler and Diesel brought that interest in youth culture and transformation into major fashion houses. With Nicopanda, he explored gender-fluid dressing through graphic streetwear, exaggerated proportions and playful combinations of softness and toughness. His work treats styling and collaboration as integral parts of how a garment communicates.
