Peter Copping is a British designer whose work joins romantic detail with a deep knowledge of garment construction. A graduate of Central Saint Martins and the Royal College of Art, he worked at Sonia Rykiel before spending more than a decade alongside Marc Jacobs at Louis Vuitton.

About Peter Copping
He subsequently led Nina Ricci and Oscar de la Renta, and directed the couture ateliers at Balenciaga. Appointed artistic director of Lanvin in 2024, Copping brings experience across ready-to-wear and couture to clothes shaped by fabric, proportion and carefully judged decoration.
