Citron and Piaggi took charge of Gianfranco Ferré in 2011 and remained through the pre-fall 2014 collection. Their interpretation of Ferré emphasized architectural lines, enveloping proportions, pronounced lapels and sensual eveningwear, balancing the founder’s construction-led heritage with a lighter approach to the body.
